All tree work is performed per the scope outlined in your quote. We reserve the right to modify services upon mutual agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise specified. We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will schedule services at your convenience. Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid fees.

Liability and Insurance

Our team is fully licensed and insured. We take responsibility for damages caused by our crew, but not for pre-existing property issues.

Permits and Regulations

We handle necessary permits for tree removals or pruning as required by local laws. You remain responsible for obtaining any permits if needed.

Property Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for our crew. We are not liable for damage caused by unseen underground utilities.

Guarantee and Satisfaction

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days for resolution or corrections.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be handled amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to binding arbitration under Colorado law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
